The Prosperity Project is the name of Opportunity Council’s Community Needs Assessment. Conducted every three years, the project report informs our strategic plan, agency goals and ensures we’re focused on the timely needs of the communities we serve.

Annual Reports
The Whatcom Coalition to End Homelessness Annual Report is a comprehensive document that details the realities and common experiences of people experiencing homelessness in Whatcom County. The report includes the findings of the annual Whatcom Point-in-Time (PIT) Count, part of a national effort to count all sheltered and unsheltered people experiencing homelessness on a single night of the year.
