Founded in 1994, Chihuahua Mexican Restaurant has been serving authentic Mexican cuisine for over 20 years. With a 300-seat capacity, they are one of the largest Mexican restaurants in Washington State. Alex Hernandez, owner of Chihuahua’s, moved from Chihuahua, Mexico in 1984. Their special recipes have been handed down for many generations.
