everyone deserves a place to call home

Housing & Homeless Services

Because housing is a human right.

Having a place to call home is the foundation of stability, safety, and security for every person and family. Through evidence-based practices, direct client support, and leading the way in new housing development, we can help thousands of children, families, and vulnerable adults escape the trap of poverty.

Utilizing a multi-pronged approach, we work to ensure in our communities has access to safe, healthy and affordable housing. We do this by:

  • Developing and managing specialized, supportive housing programs to help people with unique support needs get the help and care they need to stay in their chosen homes
  • Working directly with people experiencing homelessness to help them access resources, overcome barriers, and transition to a home
  • Utilizing evidence-based practices like Permanent Supportive Housing and Coordinated Entry
  • Repairing and weatherizing existing homes to make them healthier and more affordable, while reducing the number of homes lost to disrepair
  • Partnering with local governments, other non-profits, private donors, and commercial developers to increase the number of homes available through refurbishment, development, and preservation.
