Sirena Gelato was started by a family to strive to produce the highest quality product available, made in the heart of Bellingham. They had a 3rd generation gelato maker from Italy train them in the art of making gelato. Every batch is made the old-fashioned way, hand scooped and hand decorated, one pan at a time. Sirena also offers caffe affogatos, cakes, and espresso. They use proceeds for direct giving through community events with gift cards for local non-profits, schools, charities and educational groups.
Hours: 12 p.m. to 8 p.m. all week.
