Economic Security for All (EcSA)

ARE YOU LOOKING FOR FULL TIME EMPLOYMENT?

EcSA offers participants the opportunity to achieve financial goals by helping you find meaningful employment in an in-demand job that pays higher wages.  You will be connected with Northwest Workforce Council (NWC) and WorkSource career coach who will help you identify your strengths, interests and work values.  They will also help you develop a career plan that meets your needs and help find full-time employment.

WHAT IS ECONOMIC SECURITY for ALL (EcSA)?

EcSA is a 12-month employment program offered in partnership through Opportunity Council (OC) and Northwest Work Council. In the EcSA program you will receive an education on money and credit management, and you will be connected with a mentor from your community.  They will help you create financial goals.  As a result of successfully completing the financial literacy program, you could earn up to $2,600 in cash incentives. The goal of the EcSA program is for you to achieve full-time employment in addition to financial resiliency, helping you reach self-sufficiency. EcSA also offers Kid Friendly and Fun money tools.  Families with children who receive SNAP benefits and are searching for full-time employment or on the job training are eligible to enroll.  If you have any questions, feel free to call to (360)734-8396 ext 1381.
