Looking for early learning or child care for your child? We offer school-day and full-day programs, including Head Start, Early Head Start, ECEAP, and tuition-based options, as well as partnerships with local Whatcom County school districts.

If cost is a concern, there may be programs that can help lower or cover the cost of child care, including state subsidies and referral support.

We offer Early Head Start home-visiting and center-based services that support families from pregnancy through age three.
