Whether looking for preschool, help paying for child care, or support for you and your child’s development, we’re here to help you find the right option.

Preschool & child care options
Looking for early learning or child care for your child? We offer school-day and full-day programs, including Head Start, Early Head Start, ECEAP, and tuition-based options, as well as partnerships with local Whatcom County school districts. Already know you want to apply for Head Start or Preschool? Apply directly.
Help paying for child care
If cost is a concern, there may be programs that can help lower or cover the cost of child care, including state subsidies and referral support.
Expecting and current parents of infants and toddlers
We offer Early Head Start home-visiting and center-based services that support families from pregnancy through age three. Already know Early Head Start is the right program for your family? Complete your application.
