Be part of Dine Out for Maple Alley Inn and help provide hot, nutritious meals for neighbors experiencing hunger. This year’s event runs May 13–20, 2026, and we’re excited to partner with local restaurants to make a lasting impact. If you’re interested, please sign up below.

How Dine Out for Maple Alley Inn Works

Opportunity Council offers flexible ways for your restaurant to participate, so you can choose what works best for your business:

🍽️ Customer Add-On Donation – Ask guests if they’d like to add $5 to their bill to provide one meal at Maple Alley Inn.

🍽️ Flat Donation – Commit to donating a set amount for the week.

🍽️ Sales-Based Contribution – Donate a percentage of sales from a menu item, a specific day, or the entire event week.

We’ll provide everything you need, including promotional materials, signage, digital assets, and media exposure, to make your participation easy and successful!

You pick your level of participation! Our suggested model is to ask your customers to “buy someone lunch at Maple Alley Inn” and add a simple $5 donation prompt to the customer’s check.  However, whether you collect donations at checkout, contribute a percentage of sales, or make a flat donation, we’ll work with you to find the best fit.

Maple Alley Inn is a community meal program serving fresh, scratch-made meals to people facing hunger. A program of Opportunity Council, Maple Alley Inn offers everything a family meal provides to a diverse community of low-income families, homeless veterans, isolated older adults, and others by offering the chance to dine in dignity, offer companionship, and share their stories at a weekly meal.
