This form is the official Proposal to partner with First Congregational Church of Bellingham in the development of a licensed Infant & Toddler child care space and to secure lease of space as an independent child care business.
ALL PROPOSALS MUST BE SUBMITTED BY 3:00 PM ON FRIDAY, AUGUST 15TH 2025.
Proposals will be reviewed for completeness and satisfaction of minimum qualifications within one week of the deadline and all Proposers will receive a Proposal Status email by August 25th. Short-listed Proposers will receive a phone call invitation to meet with the FCCB Selection panel in late August.
