40 more homes now available for people who are homeless

BELLINGHAM Wash. (Nov. 5, 2018) — Opportunity Council is celebrating the grand opening this month of “22 North,” a 40-unit apartment building in Bellingham for people experiencing homelessness.

The Opportunity Council partnered with  Northwest Youth Services to build 22 North.  The building will be owned and managed by the Opportunity Council who will serve as landlord. Of the 40 studio apartments, 20 will house Opportunity Council clients and 20 will house Northwest Youth Services clients.
