To apply for a project, follow these steps:

1. Understand the VISTA program and philosophy by reviewing the information at this site: http://www.americorps.gov/for_organizations/apply/vista.asp.

2. Contact the VISTA project manager to discuss the feasibility of your project.
3. Submit your project idea using the concept paper below
