Lending Library The Opportunity Council has an excellent lending library available to ALL child care providers and parents. Our lending library consists of books, tapes, videos, and toys. Topics include: Behavior, Discipline, Conflict Resolution, Curriculum, Professionalism, Development, Social/Emotional Concerns, Nutrition, Health & Safety, and Children’s Activities & Books. To reserve an item, call Resource & Referral at 360-734-5121 or 800-649-5121, ext. 227.
